The market is full of bloated invoicing tools. BillingFlow wanted something sharper: a correct VAT invoice in 3 clicks, automated reminders and Stripe payment, without the user needing to know VAT rules. And it had to go live fast — within one quarter.

Vorlyo built the full application: a custom PDF engine with company branding, VAT logic for NL + EU reverse-charge, Stripe integration for direct payment, automated reminders and a dashboard for client management, subscriptions and revenue insight.
