The existing Shopify site was slow, looked generic and offered no real-time stock or same-day delivery — exactly what was meant to be the USP. They wanted a platform that matched the premium character, automatically handled delivery windows, and built recurring revenue through office subscriptions.
Vorlyo built a custom e-commerce platform: real-time availability per arrangement, same-day delivery inside the ring road (ordered by 16:00 = delivered today), a checkout with address validation and delivery-window selection, and a subscription system for weekly office flowers with self-service pause/cancel. Connected to Stripe + a dashboard for the florist.
